User Requirements

• This service is available for users aged 7 years and above.
• Users are prohibited from uploading or distributing content that contains violence, pornography, or sensitive issues related to ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations, as well as any content that violates the law.
• Any music used in uploaded content must be officially published or have legitimate copyright ownership.

Changes to the Terms of Service

deARpetz may modify these terms from time to time, for instance, when service features change or in compliance with applicable legal regulations. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Rights and Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for the content they upload and must ensure compliance with Indonesian laws.
• Users must not engage in any illegal activities that could harm, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
• Users retain copyright over the content they upload. However, by uploading content to the Platform, users grant the Service Provider a license to use the content within the scope of the service.
